Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 23, 2026

This policy explains how Do It Latinoamérica, S.A., based in Guatemala ("Do It", "we" or "us"), handles personal information related to doitla.com and inquiries submitted through this website.

1. Who is responsible and how to contact us

This website is operated by Do It Latinoamérica, S.A., Guatemala. For privacy questions or requests concerning your information, email contacto@doit.gt.

2. Information we receive

Please do not include passwords, financial information, identity documents or other sensitive information in your inquiries.

3. How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries, arrange conversations, prepare proposals or handle requests for services and studies; follow up on business relationships; and maintain the operation and security of the website. Where an activity requires consent under applicable law, we will request it before carrying out that activity. You may ask us to stop sending commercial communications by emailing our contact address.

4. External services and recipients

The website uses Bluehost for hosting, a HubSpot form to receive and manage inquiries, and Google Fonts to load typefaces. The form may also incorporate Google's reCAPTCHA to prevent automated submissions. These providers may process technical information or information submitted through the form to provide their services and may operate outside Guatemala.

See their privacy policies: Bluehost, HubSpot and Google. We may also disclose information where necessary to comply with a legal obligation or a valid request from a competent authority.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

Embedded services may use cookies, browser storage or similar technologies to operate the form and prevent abuse. You can manage or block cookies in your browser; some features may become unavailable. Links to Yaak, GoToCards and other external websites are subject to those websites' own privacy policies.

6. Meta services

This website's landing page does not include Facebook or Instagram login. Linking to this policy from Meta does not by itself grant access to your account or information. If a Do It service asks you to connect a Meta account, that service must identify the relevant information, permissions and purposes before you authorize it. Requests about information you have shared with Do It through those channels can be sent to the contact address in this policy.

7. Retention and protection

We retain information for as long as necessary to handle the relevant inquiry or relationship and meet applicable legal obligations. When it is no longer needed, it should be deleted or anonymized, except where retention is required or permitted by law. This website uses HTTPS; no storage or transmission system provides absolute security.

8. Your requests and data deletion

You may request access, correction or deletion of your information, or withdraw consent, where applicable under relevant law.

To request deletion: email contacto@doit.gt with the subject "Data deletion request".

Include the email address or identifier you used to contact us and the relevant website, service or channel. Do not send passwords or sensitive documents. We may ask for the minimum information necessary to verify that the information belongs to you and will inform you about the handling of your request and any legal retention limits.

If you connected an application through Meta, you can also revoke its access in the apps or integrations settings of your Facebook or Instagram account. Revoking access and requesting deletion of information already received are separate actions.

9. Children

This website is intended for professional contacts. If you believe a child has submitted personal information that should be deleted, please contact us.

10. Changes to this policy

We will publish updates on this page and indicate the revision date. Do It applications or products with a separate privacy policy should be reviewed together with their own notices.
